The function of this committee is to actively recruit members to fill all offices. Appropriate forms will be completed and submitted to the nominating committee.  Committee will determine a slate of officers from received nominations and present these to be voted on at the Spring district meeting. Once approved, these officers will take office October 1 of the same year.
