Herter-O'Neal Scholarsip - Northeast District Finalist -Starting in 2020, the Herter-O’Neal Scholarship NED finalist will receive a one-time Northeast District scholarship of $250 payable to the college they are enrolled in – 4/12/19 minutes.
4-H Camp Scholarship - alphabetical rotation by county within NE District - to be used for any 4-H camper in scholarship county - (funds available up to $600)
