Starting in 2020, the Herter-O'Neal Scholarship NED finalist will receive a one-time Northeast District scholarship of $250 payable to the college they are enrolled in - 4/12/19 minutes.
District meeting locations rotate alphabetically. Meetings are currently held once in the spring and once in the fall, with the exception of the year we host the state meeting (possible additional meetings as needed for preparation of hosting).
