The NCCEAPA Herter-O'Neal Scholarship is offered to anyone pursing a college degree (Associate or Bachelor's) in business or a business-related field of study (excluding members or potential members). This scholarship is named for two ladies who were instrumental in the development of this association.

The 2019 NCCEAPA Herter-O'Neal Scholarship recipient is Cedric Clyburn - South Central District.
