Description: Your NCCEAPA State Executive Board is looking forward to welcoming the Board of Directors to our Spring Meeting on Friday, May 20, 2022 at 9:00 am. Durham County Extension office will be hosting us, their office is located at 721 Foster St. Durham, NC. 27701. Coffee, water, and light refreshments will be provided. We will begin the day with our business meeting (if you have old or new business please email me to get it on the agenda). Following our business meeting, we will move to the Professional Development portion, which will be a tour of the Durham County Main Library, given by the director, Dr. Tammy Baggett. This is a brand new, state of the art facility with learning labs, makerspaces, meeting rooms, areas for children, teens, and adults. Most new libraries in our state will use this as a model, so it will be a good opportunity to see how Extension and libraries will be able to collaborate in the future. The library is located at 300 North Roxboro St, Durham. We will adjourn following the tour, there are several eating venues nearby where we can fellowship, or you can head home.  Please contact Beth Cloninger at 704-878-3166 with any questions or concerns.
